On May 1st, 2024, in honour of First Responder Day, we proudly launched our Everyday Heroes Program—a heartfelt initiative created to give back to the heroes who serve and protect our communities every single day.

To kick things off, we spent the month of May visiting 75 police stations, fire halls, and paramedic stations, delivering over 1,200 Crave Donuts as a small token of our appreciation.

This program is deeply personal for me. I have close friends who are police officers, firefighters, and teachers, and over the years, I’ve had the privilege of working with many older adults and elderly clients.

Seeing the challenges they often face when it comes to relocating or affording real estate solutions inspired me to do more—to create a program that truly supports their needs.

The Everyday Heroes Program is our way of saying thank you—offering exclusive real estate perks and tailored support for first responders, educators, and older adults. Because giving back to those who give so much is what this initiative is all about.

It’s simple. There are several ways you can qualify for the program. If you are one of the following community members, you can access our special 25% cashback program, as a thank you for everything you do for our communities!

• Educators: Teacher, ECE, or school staff member.
• Older Adults: 60+ looking to buy or sell.
• First Responders: Police officer, firefighter, or paramedic.

We’ll reimburse 25% of our rate as cashback to help make your real estate journey a little easier, because we think you deserve it. That’s it!
